The fast-net system is a complete yacht broker's software system keeping details of adverts, sales, client's accounts, even every boat sent.  Much of the information is recorded automatically and can be used in many different ways.

Mail shots can be produced (posted or emailed) and the details are automatically recorded.  The system integrates with Microsoft Word so that detailed specifications can be in the brokers preferred format.  There are approximately 80 standard templates (letters, contracts, documents etc.), these can be modified and custom templates can be added and automatically used within the system.

Send your boats to various websites

Brokers using  fast-net can automatically place their boats, with thumbnail pictures in the Search for Boats facility of this website to receive enquiries directly from interested potential purchasers.

Brokers can also automatically upload, any number of boats, with up to 12 detailed pictures per boat, directly to any of the following websites.  If you wish to send to a website portal not listed here, we can normally arrange this, please contact us. The system can also send the same or similar data to your own website, your website developer, or almost any other website.  You can create predefined lists of boats, so that you can select the list to send to any particular website.

Open Marine Initiative

 forum Software Ltd. is one of the four founder members of the Open Marine Initiative, which will make the exchange of information across a range of web portals a cost-free and easy process.   Other web portals and software providers are invited to join, provided they adhere to the Initiative's principles of free data transfers and open standards.
